Open-plan offices are great for collaboration — but not always for concentration. The Single Office Pod gives you a self-contained space for calls, deep work, and video meetings, reducing ambient noise by up to 30dB.

Built from FSC-certified birch timber with a sleek laminate finish, every pod is constructed in our Watford factory and installed by our own team. No flat-pack, no contractors — just a ready-to-use workspace.

Is the Single Pod fully soundproof?

Not fully soundproof, but significantly quieter. The Single Pod reduces ambient noise by up to 30dB — meaning from two metres away, you cannot hear someone speaking at a normal volume inside. It's ideal for calls, video meetings, and focused work in busy offices.

What are the dimensions of the Single Pod?

The Single Pod measures 210cm (H) × 125cm (W) × 70cm (D). With optional wheels fitted, the height increases to 223.5cm. It's designed to fit comfortably into open-plan offices without taking up excessive floor space.

Does it come with power and lighting?

Yes. Every Single Pod includes a UK 240V plug socket, two USB charging ports, and a central LED ceiling light controlled from the front panel. It connects to a standard power outlet via an extension cable — no specialist electrical work required.

How long does installation take?

Installation typically takes just a few hours. Our own technicians handle the full delivery and installation process, so there's no need to hire contractors or arrange separate trades. We aim to cause minimal disruption to your workspace.

Can I customise the fabric and colours?

Absolutely. You can choose from a wide range of Camira commercial-grade recycled fabrics for the interior seating and walls. The exterior shell is available in a range of solid colours and wood-effect laminate finishes to match your office aesthetic.

What is the lead time?

Our standard lead time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Delivery and installation costs depend on your location and will be confirmed at the time of quote.
